3. Online ordering and third-party services

This website links to independently operated services including Toast, DoorDash, ezCater, Google Maps, gift cards, rewards, merchandise, reviews, and social media. When you leave this website, the third party’s terms, privacy policy, fees, availability, and support procedures apply.

An order is not accepted until the ordering provider confirms it. Menu items, preparation times, pickup or delivery windows, service areas, substitutions, and cancellation or refund options may vary. Contact the provider identified in your confirmation for delivery-platform or payment issues. Mythical Pizza may assist with restaurant-preparation issues when appropriate.

4. Prices, availability, deals, and fees

Prices, ingredients, menu items, hours, offers, and availability may change without notice. A 2.4% Operations Fee is added to orders unless prohibited or otherwise stated. Taxes, delivery charges, service fees, gratuities, and third-party fees may also apply and should be shown before checkout by the ordering provider.

Deals are available only during the stated time, may be limited to qualifying products or ordering channels, and cannot be combined unless expressly stated. Premium toppings and finishes may cost extra. Errors in price, description, or availability may be corrected, and an affected order may be canceled or refunded as permitted by law.

Rewards and gift cards are subject to the program or provider terms shown when you enroll or purchase. They are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

5. Food, allergens, and dietary information

Descriptions and dietary labels are provided for general information. Ingredients, recipes, preparation methods, and supplier products may change. Our kitchen handles common allergens, including wheat, milk, egg, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish, and is not allergen-free.

Tell a crew member about allergies before ordering. “Gluten-friendly,” “keto-friendly,” “vegan,” and similar descriptions do not guarantee the absence of cross-contact or that an item meets a medical requirement. Customers with severe allergies or medical dietary needs should make decisions with appropriate professional guidance.

6. Ownership of content

The website and its text, photographs, artwork, graphics, logos, names, menu concepts, designs, code, and other content are owned by or licensed to Mythical Pizza and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. “Mythical Pizza,” associated logos, cryptid characters, and related branding may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without written permission.

You may view and print a reasonable number of pages for personal, noncommercial use, provided notices are not removed.

7. Reviews, photos, and other submissions

If you voluntarily submit a review, photo, story, comment, or other content directly to Mythical Pizza, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate law or another person’s rights. You grant Mythical Pizza a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, and distribute that content in connection with our business and marketing, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

Do not submit confidential, sensitive, or proprietary information through public or general communication channels.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available.” Mythical Pizza does not warrant that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or completely current. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mythical Pizza and its owners, affiliates, crew members, agents, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from website use or third-party services. Any direct liability will be limited to losses reasonably foreseeable from the relevant breach, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

You agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses resulting from your unlawful misuse of the website or violation of another person’s rights.
