Every Mythical Crew Member brings something different to the table. We learn what each person does well, help develop those strengths, and create opportunities to take on something new. Many people who join the team choose to stay, grow, and become part of the story.
We work hard, move fast, solve problems together, and laugh a lot along the way. Managers coach. Teammates help. Wins are shared. When life and work get challenging, we communicate and look for a path forward. That mix creates a place where people can belong while becoming more capable and confident.
No restaurant experience? No problem. Experienced and ready to lead? We want to hear from you too. We look for positive, dependable people who care about doing the work well, helping teammates, and treating every guest with genuine kindness. Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
