Mythical Pizza is incredibly grateful for the continued support from this amazing community. With festival season, graduations, and local events in full swing, the number of donation requests has grown significantly, and that speaks volumes about how much this community shows up for one another.

Over the past couple of weeks, more than 30 requests have come in for donations ranging from pizzas and gift cards to baskets and monetary contributions. Mythical Pizza truly values every single request and the causes behind them. At the same time, the volume and scope have reached a point where a more structured and fair process is needed so every organization has an equal opportunity.

To support that, a new donation request process is being implemented effective immediately. At this time, the 2026 donation budget has been fully allocated, and requests will reopen beginning May 1, 2026 with a refreshed budget.

Moving forward, all donation requests must be submitted either in person, by email to mythicalcrew@mythicalpizza.com, or by mail to:

Each request must include the following:

• Contact Name
• Address, Phone Number, and Email Address
• Name of Requesting Organization
• EIN of Organization
• Nature of the Event and Event Date
• Explanation of Who Will Benefit from the Proceeds
• Explanation of How the Donation Will Be Used (raffle prize, auction item, etc.)

Please note that monetary donations are generally not provided outside of scheduled FUNdraiser events. These events remain a meaningful way for organizations to partner with Mythical Pizza while raising support together.

All requests must be submitted at least THREE weeks prior to the event to allow for proper planning and coverage.

For approved material donations, including gift cards and gift baskets, items must be picked up from Mythical Pizza within 5 business days of approval. Items not picked up within that timeframe may be forfeited.

That support means everything, and these updates help ensure we can continue giving back in a way that is sustainable, fair, and impactful for the entire community.
