Help us understand the mission

Mythical Pizza considers requests from eligible nonprofits, schools, churches, youth organizations, first responders, teams, and community groups. Food, gift card, event, and sponsorship requests are reviewed based on community impact, timing, available resources, and fit with our purpose.

Submit the request at least 30 days before the event or decision deadline whenever possible. Complete requests can be evaluated more quickly, but review time varies and completing the form does not guarantee approval. The Mythical Crew will use the contact email provided if the request is approved or more information is needed.

How far ahead should I submit?

At least 30 days before the event or decision deadline is recommended. Short-notice requests may not leave enough time for review or fulfillment.

What makes a request complete?

Provide an authorized contact, organization and nonprofit details, the exact donation requested, event date, decision deadline, audience, mission, intended use, and any useful supporting letter or flyer.

Does submitting guarantee a donation?

No. Requests are considered according to eligibility, fit with Mythical Pizza’s purpose, community impact, timing, and available resources. Submission is not approval.

What happens after approval?

The crew will contact the authorized representative by email with the approved donation, pickup or delivery details, and any conditions that apply.
